Standards we follow
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. That means clear visual contrast, full keyboard navigation, screen- reader compatibility, no content that flashes, and meaningful alt text on every image.
Assistive technology
The site is tested against current versions of VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android), with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. If you use a specific tool we haven't tested and run into a problem, please report it (see below).
Third-party content
Some sections of this site embed content from third-party services — the Google Maps store locator, the Elfsight Instagram widget, the Shopify checkout. We do not control the accessibility of those third-party tools, but we choose providers committed to accessibility and surface any issues to them when reported.
Report an accessibility issue
If you encounter a barrier on the site, please email hello@getlevitate.co with a brief description of the problem, the page URL, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to remediate where feasible within thirty days.
