Processing & Timing

All orders will be processed for shipping 2–3 days from receiving.

Circumstances that may delay shipping:

• Credit card payment issue
• Incorrect shipping address
• Severe weather impacting normal delivery times
• Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer, and we will contact you if this happens.

Rates & Options

All shipping rates are calculated by weight. Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout. We currently do not offer expedited shipping & handling options, and we currently do not ship internationally.

All estimates are reflective of ground shipping for the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories). Expedited shipping options are not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and all other non-U.S. countries.

Overseen by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, our products are available for sale and consumption across the greater United States in the following regions and communities: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, WY, and the District of Columbia.

Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

We do not accept the return of consumable products.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time, including a full description of the damages.
