Subscription Policy.
How repeat deliveries work, how you're billed, and how to change or cancel anytime.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Billing & Cancellation
All subscriptions are active until cancelled. Cancellation is free at any time. If you don't want charges for the current month's subscription, you must cancel before that month's charge date. Once charged, we cannot cancel or refund that monthly subscription shipment.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel or change your subscription anytime. Order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription settings, or you can manage everything from the customer portal:
